All projects begin with an initial consultation to discuss goals, projected cost and feasibility, and budgets and timelines, etc. Initial and follow-up consultations can all be conducted on-site at your convenience. The purpose of the initial consultation is to focus on your needs and objectives, provide you with advice, and even conduct a thorough question and answer session. When the initial consultation is complete, you will be given a preliminary estimate on your project. A complete written estimate will then be mailed to you directly, or if you prefer, your estimate can be e-mailed or faxed.

Once the estimate is accepted, and a deposit taken, your sales rep will manage and oversee your entire project from beginning to end. You will always know who you're dealing with, and what the status of your project is. As a result, your project remains on schedule until completion, and the end product is exactly what you envisioned.
